Below we have detailed a list of mental health crisis services and support lines for South Africa, that you can contact. We have also listed other South African charities and organisations that specialise in mental health in which you may find useful.
There are three main South African emergency numbers. 10177 can be used to call an ambulance, 112 can be used to call from a cell phone and 10111 is the national number for all services.
