adam-e“It’s important to raise awareness and tackle the stigma surrounding mental health issues as well as providing support to those who need it. What will Unify be doing to ensure that it creates a positive environment for mental health?

shaw-mind-foundation-nat-and-unify“We are very pleased to be able to offer all of our employees access to the range of guides provided by The Shaw Mind Foundation on workplace mental health. Unify operates a place of work that is a ‘Mental health open zone’ wherein all staff can feel confident in us as an employer welcoming them to openly discuss any mental health issues that they may have – without fear of any judgement. Mental health issues really can affect anyone and we want our staff to know that we are there for them.

We are of course, very much looking forward to all the fabulous fundraising we will do as a team for The Shaw Mind Foundation!”.

Natalie Beggs (Project Manager, The Shaw Mind Foundation) with Claire Dunning (Accounts Administrator, Unify).
